A Christmas Carol
The wine’s good this year
For sure quite joyful
It makes me blush, oh dear
Let’s taste a mouthful
Joy flickers through my face
Dancing with the Christmas tree
I stumble near the fireplace
As the angels scream at me
My balance won’t manage
Not at all what I desired
Sensing a slight disadvantage
Can’t help but blame the wine
This is not what I asked
Now the lights turned black
Oh the spirit of Christmas past
Please turn the clock back
I smell smoke in darkness
And hear the doorbell ring
Must pray for their forgiveness
I’ve f*ing ruined everything
The house is on fire
Oh the love a mug can possess
Drink responsibly
And have a Merry Christmas!
